The Welcome Page will have a photo, the couple’s name and the VIEW GALLERY tab. Simply press VIEW GALLERY to enter the photo gallery. Be sure to use the email and password sent to you as it has it has admin features unique to THAT email and password. When sharing the gallery, guests will use their own email and the guest password.

Albums Page

Next, click on any of the albums to view the photos inside that particular album. You may notice the menu on the left is the same. However, you have some new options in the upper right. From here you can view a beautiful slideshow of the album’s photos. You can also compare photos side by side so that you aren’t viewing little thumbnails or trying to quickly go back and forth between images that you may want.

You will see the familiar Download and Buy All tabs. These however, are specific to just the images in this Album! So in this sample 112 images from the Mr & Mrs album would be downloaded with the Download All tab.

 

Image Page

If you click on an image it will bring up a full panel view. You can easily scroll through the gallery images using the left and right arrows on each side of the image. Below the photo you will notice the Favorite, Download, Share, Hide, and Buy Photo options once again.

However, from this screen you may notice a new (and very important tab) titled LABEL. The LABEL tab is only available with the email and password assigned with admin privileges. Guests will not have the LABEL tab on their gallery.

 

Your Home Page has a few options and features starting with the menu tabs in the upper left. The directory defaults to the Photos tab. To the left you will see the Ryan Michaels Photography logo which will take you directly to our website. To the right is the Store and Favorite tabs (more on that later) and the About tab where you will be directed to see our contact info should you need.

Directly below that, you can toggle between the ALBUMS view or ALL PHOTOS view. The ALBUMS view tends to be easier to navigate through as it conveniently combines images from various moments throughout the day.

Lastly, you will see a shopping cart, SHARE, and DOWNLOAD ALL tabs in the upper right. The shopping cart will show you items that you may have in your cart. The download all tab is where you can easily have every single image from the gallery sent to you via an email link. Again, that will be if you want ALL photos.

Now the Share tab is a pretty awesome tool. Simply press the tab and you can quickly share the gallery link to friends and family from all over the world! Choose between the most popular social media platforms such as Facebook, X, Pinterest, or choose the LINK option to easily send the gallery link via email or text!

When you hover your cursor over any of the individual images from the albums page, you will see five new options.

  1. Heart- This is how you can favorite a photo! Your selected favorites will now be found in that Favorites tab in the upper left on each page

  2. Download- This button is how you can download an individual photo

  3. Share- Share the individual photo to social media or with the created link

  4. Hide- Press the Hide button for any photos that you may not want guests to see! This won’t delete the photo from your gallery but rather hide the image from the guest’s gallery.

  5. Purchase- The last option on the individual image looks like a little shopping bag. Click hear to bring that photo into the store where you will find options such as prints, canvases, and acrylic blocks. (We also have hundreds of other products if interested).

LAbel Page

When you click on the LABEL tab a new window will pop up. From here you have three new options:

  1. Albums- The Album label is if you want us to create a beautiful custom album. Simply label the images you'd like us to include (usually about 50-60 is best) and we'll handle the design! An email will be sent when the layout is complete for approval. Afterwards, we’ll send the approved design off to the lab for production and it ships directly to your door!

  2. Wall Portraits-  All of the high resolution images in the gallery will print beautifully up to 11x14. However some couples want a print larger than that. If so, use the Wall Portrait label for any images you would want to print larger than 11x14. I will upload an uncompressed JPEG and upload in a separate folder on the gallery.

  3. Edits- All of your images have been edited for quality, density, and color but use the EDITS album if you'd like detailed retouching or maybe creative modifications - black and white, soft focus, etc. For a few samples of options click HERE
